Pioneer Ditch 

• Your 2025 Ditch Walker is temporarily Mike Shumway and he can be reached at 970-749-9382 to order your water if you are above the El Rancho Florida HOA section of the Pioneer Ditch.

  El Rancho Florida HOA Section of the Pioneer Ditch

• Your 2025 ERFHOA Irrigation Manager is Chris Livy and he can be reached at 865-771-3263. To order your project water please contact him as instructed by the ERFHOA. He will then need to call the Pioneer Ditch Company Ditch Walker, the Pioneer Ditch Walker will put your water in at the main headgate to the subdivision less the calculated loss and Tom will need to make sure your project water is delivered to your delivery point. Once you have depleted your allotment of project water you are done for the year.
