2026 Annual Shareholder Meeting on Tuesday, February 24th at 6:00pm
2026 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 24th at 6:00pm at the Florida Mesa Grange, 656 Hwy 172, Durango CO 81303.
The Annual Meeting announcement, proxy, and agenda for shareholders were mailed on Thursday, February 5th, 2026 and the Notice of the Annual Meeting was published in the Durango Herald on Friday February 13th, 2026.
To sit on the Board of Directors, or to be a voting shareholder at the annual meeting of the shareholders of the ditch company, shareholders must be a member in good standing. To be considered in good standing, shareholders must not be in violation of the Ditch Company Rules and Regulations and By-Laws after being provided with written notice of the violation and given the opportunity to cure the violation.
